My experience with this place was great, I have issues with the sound of the driller, and they were very nice, comprehensive and provided me with headphones and I tuned out, no pain, no anxiety, cleaning went nice and smooth. Highly recommend.

I had the best experience at the dentist. Everything from how easy it was to make the appointment to how courteous everyone was really impressed me. The cleanliness, new technology and modern decor were all cherries on top. Did I mention that I watched Netflix while I had my teeth cleaned. The TV was on the ceiling. Finally, Dr. Sorn was so kind and patient. She answered all of my questions and gave me options to make the best the decision for my needs. I rarely take the time out to write a review, but this was well worth it.

Dr. Sorn is an exemplary dentist who provides her patients the highest level of expertise and professionalism. I have been her patient for the past 7 years (at her previous office in Manhattan where I work) and I am fortunate that she opened her new office in Westbury closer to where I live. She has a steady hand, is extremely competent, and explained my treatment options clearly. I really appreciate her honesty and communication, and I never felt pressured to do any unnecessary work. My appointments are always on time and never rushed. The new office is absolutely amazing with a modern, spa-like design, all the newest tech, plus ceiling-mounted TVs where I could watch Netflix with headphones. You'll be in very good hands at this office!

I had an outstanding experience at Smile on Westbury. As soon as I stepped through the door, the warm welcome from the receptionist set the tone for my visit. The office's inviting atmosphere immediately put me at ease. The dental assistant efficiently handled all my X-rays, making the process incredibly straightforward. The treatment room was also well-appointed and comfortable. I'm usually quite anxious about dental visits, but Dr. Sorn's calming and relaxing approach made this experience truly exceptional. I would wholeheartedly rate it a 10/10.
